It's basically a carb free diet .. no bread (which I loveeeeee), no pasta (which I loveeeeeeee) basically don't eat anything I love ... oh and no alcohol ... ;-)
But I am not finding it too hard to do. You 2 substitute meals for shakes (which are really yummy) but also eat between and eat as much vege's as you want etc etc .. Dinner is a protein meat with vege's and there are jellies (which are also yummy) you can eat as much as you want of.
I will have to start exercising more soon though (well start) because I think I am reaching a plateau.
